Iraqi crowd attack Iran regime consulate in Karbala

NCRI – An angry crowd of over 2,000 Iraqis attacked Iranian regime’s consulate in the holy city of Karbala condemning mullahs’ meddling in Iraqi affairs.

Quoting eye witnesses, Al-Zaman Iraqi daily reported yesterday that "the demonstrators chanted slogans against the Iranian regime and shattered windows of its consulate in Karbala by throwing stones."

According to the Iraqi daily the protesters carried placards calling for the closure of the consulate and the regime’s TV network, Al-Kowthar, which offended an Iraqi clerical leader.
