Iranian opposition: Election boycott in Iran was unprecedented

NCRI-  The People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI / MEK) declared that the boycott of the Friday’s parliamentary elections by the Iranian people was unprecedented, the Arbic language Al-Hurra TV reported on Friday.

The PMOI’s resistance network inside Iran earlier reported that in a large number of the 25,000, out of a the total of about 45,000 polling stations in Iran, which were monitored on Friday, there were more police officers or other regime’s agents than voters.

The PMOI’s resistance network inside Iran earlier reported that in a large number of the 25,000, out of a the total of about 45,000 polling stations in Iran, which were monitored on Friday, there were more police officers or other regime’s agents than voters.

PMOI had called for an all out boycott of the elections and carried out a successful campaign across Iran.  Millions of posters and leaflets were distributed clandestinely by the Resistance network in Iran.
