Iran regime responsible for Halabja chemical bombing - TV reportNCRI – Khalil Dolaimi, head of the defense council in the former Iraqi officials’ tribunal, said the Iranian regime had offered them millions of dollars to blame the chemical bombing of Halabja on the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran.

In an interview with Abu-Dhabi Television, Dulaimi said, "On Halabja case, we have evidence, documents and witnesses that show the Iranian regime used cyanide gas to bomb Halabja. These documents and evidence have also been filed with the American intelligence and the CIA. The Iranian regime has contacted members of Saddam Hussein’s defense council in the Jordanian capital, Amman and in Paris and offered them between 20 to 100 millions of dollars to keep them silent on Iranian regime’s chemical bombing of Halabja and compel them to attribute the crime to the PMOI."

On September 27, 2005, French lawyer and member of Saddam Hussein’s defense council, Emanuel Ludo, also told the French RT Television that Iran’s ambassador in Paris had contacted him suggesting that Iran and Iraq should stop accusing one another of Halabja bombing and instead put the blame on the Mojahedin of Iran.
