NCRI – Two people will soon have their hands cut off in the northeastern city of Mashhad, according to the regime’s prosecutor in the city.
The state-run daily Khorasan quoted Mahmoud Zoqi on Thursday as saying, “The two hand amputation rulings will soon be implemented.”
Two other hand amputation rulings were also carried out in Mashhad last month.
