NCRI – A senior commander of the Free Syrian Army (FSA) in Aleppo in an interview with Simaye Azadi (Iranian opposition TV) on Saturday December 17, emphasized that the Syrian revolutionary combatants will continue the battle and their resistance until they expel all militias and mercenaries of Khamenei from their lands.

In the interview, Barou Saqer Abu Ghoteybah, a commander of FSA in the battles against Khamenei’s mercenaries and militias dispatched to East Aleppo, regarding Iran regime meddling in Syria said: “Since 2014, the mullahs regime ruling Iran in their effort to save their puppet (regime of) Bashar Assad started practical intervention in Syria. The intervention first took place via Hezbollah, their arm in Lebanon. But after hundreds of Hezbollah militants were killed in Syria, the mullahs directly dispatched the IRGC’s (Quds’) forces and a large number of their sectarian militias and mercenaries from Iraq, Afghanistan and Yemen. They kill Syrian people with their nefarious sectarian hatred.”

“However, Syrian people and revolutionary combatants have killed thousands of them (in self-defense) and that is why they hate residents of Aleppo so much and this hatred was clear in their attack on the convoy of the people who were leaving the besieged city of Aleppo on Friday. They killed a number of civilians and arrested many of them,” he added.

The commander of Syrian revolutionary combatants in Aleppo emphasized: “Revolution in Syria will continue because it is a popular resistance against sectarian occupation and people of Syria will continue their resistance until they evict the last and all agents of Khamenei from their land.”

He said at the end of his interview: “I tell my brothers and sisters in Iranian Resistance that you are our friends in our struggle and fight against the tyrants in Damascus and Tehran and God willing we will be victorious.”
