Syrian demonstrators condemned role of mullahs’ regime in suppressing their uprising, called for Iranian regime’s expulsion from Syria

NCRI – Syrian protesters demonstrated against Bashar al-Assad in the northern city of Jisr ash-Shughur, today, Agence France Presse reported.

Protesting the role of mullahs’ regime in suppression of their uprising, the Syrian people carried placards and chanted slogans against the Iranian regime and the Lebanese Hezbollah and called for their expulsion from their country, AFP reported on Tuesday.

 

Meanwhile on Tuesday, a delegation of Syrian human rights organizations met with Luis Moreno Ocampo, the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court in The Hague and submitted an official complaint for prosecuting Bashar al-Assad, the Syrian dictator.

The complaint was submitted in accordance with the title 15 of the rules of the international criminal court of The Hague and considered Assad’s crimes during the last three months against Syrian protesters.

In the meantime, Amnesty International announced the names and descriptions of 986 people who were killed during protests in Syria.

In a statement, Amnesty confirmed that it intends to refer Syrian government’s crimes to the UN Security Council.

England is expected to distribute the draft resolution for condemning Syria among the members of the UN Security Council on Wednesday, AFP said.

In another development, Euronews reported that Recep Tayyip Erdogan, the Turkish Prime Minister announced that he will not close Turkey’s borders on the Syrian refugees.

Suppression and killing of defenseless Syrian people by Assad’s security forces have forced many Syrian citizens to flee their country. Early Wednesday morning, a group of 122 Syrian refugees, mostly women and children, entered Turkey, Euronews reported.

Today, the demonstrator in Jisr ash-Shughur carried signs appreciating Erdogan’s decision.
