According to the state-run Fars news agency on Tuesday, Gholam-Hossein Mohseni Ejei said, “Yesterday’s actions took place with the planning and backing of the US and forces like the Mojahedin [People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran]. The sedition movement was deceived by the US and hypocrites.”
He added, “In view of previous warnings to the main culprits and those who disturb public peace and order, the judiciary will act swiftly and firmly.”
