Mullah Khamenei: Do not reveal the infighting and disunity in public

NCRI – Mullah Ali Khamenei, the spiritual leader of the Iranian regime called on the leaders of the regime to cover up the divisiveness created by regime’s many crises and said the officials should not talk in a fashion that could be interpreted as disunity and infighting inside the regime.

In a meeting with the interior minister and a number of commanders of suppressive forces, Khamenei referred to the untreatable crisis of the clerical dictatorship and said: Those in charge, the political and cultural elite, and those active in the print and virtual media should not speak or write in a way that could be interpreted as lack of tranquility or existence of divisiveness in the country.

Referring to his own statement made two days earlier about the removal of the intelligence minister, Khamenei said: Unfortunately, the manner in which some newspapers approached that issue, instead of instilling tranquility in the country, gave the impression of divisiveness and infighting. You should not speak or write in a fashion that implies tension and fighting in the society because this is opposite to current situation in the country.

Khameni said: “You can say whatever you want in your meetings, but don’t drag it into the society… Our spoken or written words should not imply divisiveness, and if there is a difference of opinion, you shouldn’t frown in public and give an excuse to foreign media.”
