In a report on Saturday, Le Figaro pointed to the Iranian regime’s attempts to meddle in the affairs of the Gulf States and quoted Amr Moussa as saying, “One thing is very clear for us, and that is that Bahrain is an Arab country and will remain and Arab country. Maintaining stability in Bahrain is a very important matter for us.”
“I hope that the Iranian regime will realize that it should not exploit the ongoing events in Arab countries for its own benefit, because the vigorous winds of change will not be contained in the Arab world and will reach Iran as well,” he said.
