Saeed Ghasemi, head of the Iranian regime’s plainclothes forces said on June 5, 2015: “ISIS used the mentality of Ruhollah Khomeini (the founder of the clerical regime) and usurped the power to establish suicide forces from the Islamic Republic.”

One of the objectives pursued by Ruhollah Khomeini was to establish the “Islamic World Mobilization” force, he added.

According to Ghasemi the power to establish suicide forces in the Islamic world was in the hands of the Islamic Republic, while some senior officials neglected this matter.

He added following this neglect, currently ISIS has used the Khomeini mentality and established a “mobilization force of miscreant”.

Ghasemi added currently ISIS schools and camps are full of suicidal forces. He claimed in another part of his speech the Islamic republic with its current policies of the Hassan Rouhani government in nuclear talks will fail.

There will be no fruit from the nuclear negotiations between Iran and the P5+1 and those who agree with the negotiations will give up on their policy. He added the approach used by the negotiating team has caused concerns for many people, and that “we announce we are against continuing these talks.”
