Iraqi security sources revealed that the documents and information have proven that the recent bombings which swept Baghdad and other Iraqi cities are the work of the Iranian security services.
The sources said that their documents prove the existence of the activities of groups backed by Iran in recent bombings in different parts of the [city] by use of car bombs and explosive in addition to the use of suicide bombers from Iran, some associated with the remainder of al-Qaeda to carry out operations against Iraqi security forces, civilians and coalition forces. The sources said that Iran is trying through these operations to pressure the hastily withdrawal of the U.S. forces and fill the security vacuum afterwards.
