NCRI – An Iraqi jurist and director of the National Centre for Justice exposed in a press release last week the role of the Iranian regime’s new ambassador to Baghdad in relation to terrorism. said the appointment of Hassan Danaifar as the regime’s new ambassador to Iraq is part of the mullahs’ plot to implement their designs and bring Iraq’s decision making and policy centers under their sphere of influence.
Concerning Danaifar’s background, the statement said, “Brig Gen Hassan Danaifar is a long-time commander of the Revolutionary Guards Qods Force. Since 2003, he was at the helm of Mobayyen Headquarters, the largest front organization for the export of fundamentalism by the Qods Force in Iraq. Mobayyen Headquarters was responsible for directing the regime’s cultural meddling and fundamentalism in Iraq.”
Dr. al-Sheikhali added, “Danaifar’s missions were carried out under the cover of economic activities and ties with Iraq and his main goal was to endow the Qods Force with the required resources and to facilitate its activities such as its travel arrangements and its presence and various activities in Iraq and the Kurdish region. In terms of the Qods Force hierarchy, Danaifar was a subordinate to Qasem Soleimani and Iraj Masjedi, and thus one of the three main individuals that coordinate the regime’s meddling in Iraq.”
The statement also says, “The regime’s blatant meddling in Iraq is meant to pave the way for the day that, according to Ahmadinejad, Iraq’s power vacuum is ready to be filled. But, we will try to neutralize their ominous plot. We warn that the evil forces and the dictators who support them intend to commit crimes against humanity when it comes to the people of Iraq by sowing the seeds of conflict and divisions among Iraqis.”
