Sahad al-Hayali, who is also a member of the al-Iraqiya bloc, told al-Soumariah news in an interview last week that, “There were tattoos in Farsi on the hands and chest of the driver who targeted the headquarters of the intelligence organization in Baquba.”
Mr. al-Hayali called on security organs to reveal the facts, and added, “The body of this man is still at the coronary in Baquba.”
The bombing resulted in two deaths and 18 injuries.
