Iran: State-run media publish list of agents killed in Syria

A State-run website in Iran published photos and names of a number of members of Revolutionary Guards and Basij dispatched by the regime to Syria and killed fighting for the Syrian dictator Bashar al-Assad.

The website (Iranian University Student News) said those killed had gone from various parts of the country to Syria.

The 15 member list includes Mahmoud Bayzaie that buried as recent as January 22 in Tabriz.

No reason was given for this report that includes photos of those killed.

List includes:
Mehdi Azizi, Member of Basij from Tehran, buried 22 August 2013.
Mohsen Heydari, buried 22 august 2013 in Khomeinishahr
Gholamali Tavali, buried 15 June 2013 in the city of Gonbad.
Ali Asgari, buried in the city of Taqanak on 3 February 2013.
Hadi Baghbani, killed on 19 August 2013 in suburb of Damascus. Buried on 22 August in Babolsar.
Reza Kargar Barzi, Killed in an explosion in Syria, buried in Nazarabad in August 2013.
Mehdi Khorasani, buried 9 June 2013 in Semnan province.
Seyed Ali Asghar Shenaie, buried 9 June 2013 in Semnan province.
Mohamad Hossein Atri, IRGC member, buried in northern Iran.
Seyed Mehdi Mossavi, a deputy commander of Basij in ahwaz.
Mahmoud Bayzaie, buried 22 January 2014 in Tabriz.
Mohammad Hassan Khalili, killed on 18 November 2013.
Aboulfazl Shirvanian, buried 18 December 2013 in Isfahan.
Ismail Heydari, killed on 19 August 2013
