NCRI – In an interview on November 30, the Secretary General of Lebanon’s Islamic-Arabic Council, Alameh Seid Mohammad Ali al-Hosseini, issues a warning regarding export of drugs by the regime in Iran to Arab countries.
“The Iranian regime is trying to penetrate Arab countries by fomenting sectarianism and distribution of drugs. The regime of Velayat-e Faqih has tried from the beginning in its evil project to penetrate our countries by using weapons, fomenting sectarianism and export of revolution and now it is turned to export [and distribution] of drugs,” he said in the interview.

Alameh al-Hosseini noted the harmful effects of drugs in the society and said: “The objective of this project is to bring the youth to drug use and addiction to tablets, especially heroin, and tear apart the Arab society and Gulf countries from inside. Heroin is the most dangerous drug and socially has significant security risks. It destroys the mind and wisdom of our youth and tears apart the society by creating family conflicts…and creating indifference to family and homeland, and thus, engages our country’s security apparatus to this disease (problem) and opens the way for Iranian regime’s influence in our countries.”

The Secretary General of Lebanon’s Islamic-Arabic Council added: “Our different sources emphasized that the regime in Iran particularly its Islamic Revolutionary Guards (IRGC) has started planning to export drug tablets and heroin powder and intends to show green light to a number of drug dealers in Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Turkey and Persian Gulf as well as Venezuela and Bolivia in order to send (export) large amount of heroin and drug tablets.”
