NCRI – The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) member states have condemned the statement issued by Iran’s leader Ali Khamenei against Saudi Arabia as false accusations.
According to a report by Al Jazeera TV On Wednesday September 7, ”Abdullatif Al-Zayani” Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council has stressed that GCC countries believe that the remarks made by Khamenei in this statement regarding Haj are an incitement with clear objectives and are a desperate attempt in order to politicize this great ritual.
Al-Zayani added: »GCC member states condemn the media campaign and the successive declarations of senior Iranian leaders against Saudi Arabia and other GCC countries«.
Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council emphasized that such allegations are incompatible with the values and precepts of Islam which call for compassion, love and brotherhood.
