Bolton: Iranian regime’s conduct in Iraq cause for serious worry

NCRI – John Bolton, the former US ambassador to the United nations, said in an interview on Sunday that recently publicized documents on Iraq confirm the opinion of many observers who have been saying for a long time that the Iranian regime is exploiting the complex situation in Iraq by carrying out certain actions.

In an interview with Fox News, Mr. Bolton suggested that in addition to its nuclear program, the Iranian regime’s conduct both in Iraq and Afghanistan are cause for serious worry for the US and that the American public wants to be informed of the facts and America’s policy.

It would be naïve, he added, for the US government to think that it can strike a deal with the Iranian regime over the future of Iraq or Afghanistan because there is no room for negotiations when it comes to the regime’s nuclear program or its meddling in both Iraq and Afghanistan.
