The Houthi militia in Yemen are an indivisible part of the Iranian regime’s Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) and are subject to the IRGC’s orders, Saudi Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Adel al-Jubeir, said on Thursday.
