Six Iranian provinces struck by more earthquakes

NCRI – Six provinces across Iran were hit with more devastating earthquakes at the weekend.

The latest quake which was 4.1 on the Richter scale shook the western part of Isfahan at 12.57am, only a day after a series of quakes on Friday.

The provinces struck were Isfahan, Fars, Kerman, Bushehr, Gillan and Ardebil, according to reports from inside Iran.

Bushehr Province – home to the Bushehr Nuclear Power plant – had suffered 17 of the 54 earthquakes to hit Iran since last Thursday, the most of anywhere in the regime, according to Tehran University’s Seismological Centre.
