NCRI – According to reports, the officials of Ahvaz municipality severely beat and wounded a vendor student. The Ahvazi youth, Ali Reza Savari, a student of Azad University, was beaten for selling flowers at the entrance of the Behesht Abad cemetery in Ahvaz and his belongings were confiscated.
According to eyewitnesses, Ali Reza Savari repeatedly asked agents to give him back his flowers and he will then leave the place immediately but despite request and even begging, one of the enforcement officers named Milad who is the brother of deputy of Ahvaz Municipality’s district 3, attacked this florist and injured him on the head and chest.
In a self-defense reaction, Ali Savari used a scissors that he used for cutting flowers to defend himself. As the result one of the agents was injured and transferred to hospital.
