Iranian regime fears protests at revolution anniversary

Iranian security forces are intensifying patrols in cities across the regime in fear of mass demonstrations marking the anniversary of the revolution.

The city of Ahwaz is said to be in a state of seige, with security forces and plain clothes agents even preventing the gathering of more than three people. Raids have also been carried out on homes in a district near the cities of Shoush and Andimeshk in Khuzestan Province.
