VIENNA – The second round of nuclear talks between the six powers and the Iranian regime began on Tuesday among technical experts in Vienna.
The talks include representatives of US, Russia, China, France and the UK plus Germany, headed by EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs, Catherine Ashton and the Iranian regime’s Foreign Minister, Muhammed Javad Zarif.
The talks on uranium enrichment level, sanctions and the Arak heavy-water nuclear reactor will continue until March 20.
