Iran- Ahmadinejad bluffed that Iran is now a ‘nuclear state’ in a thinly-veiled bid to win bargaining power with the west.

The Iranian state run TV News Channel quoted Ahmadinejad as saying: “While they did all they could to prevent us from becoming a nuclear estate, everything is now over.

“The game is over, we are now nuclear. There is no return from this.”

The brazen claim comes after new talks between IAEA and the Iranian regime are said to have concluded with ‘no significant results’, according to international news agency reports.

Ahmadinejad boast on Wednesday, February 13, also comes after an internal directive addressing the regime’s nuclear stance issued by the IRGC’s political bureau – called the IRGC Guiders – last month.

It stated: “For the nuclear challenge, we have no way forwards and no way backwards. If we give in, the West will move forward to impose further conditions such as respect for human rights and no repression.  If we agree to that, the uprising will sweep us aside.  If we do not agree, they will intensify the sanctions.  We are already in the midst of an economic crisis and there are still more sanctions to come in February.”
