Arab nations' concerned over Iran's nuclear programNCRI – The Foreign Ministers of Egypt and Oman have expressed concern over Iran’s nuclear ambition.

The Asharq Al-Owsat Saudi daily said the Egyptian Foreign Minister Ahmad Abu-Alqaiz, and his Omani counterpart Yousef Ben Alawi expressed concern, at the end of a meeting of a joint committee in Cairo, against the threats of contamination of the Persian Gulf waters from the unclear activities at Iran’s Bushehr nuclear power plant.

The two ministers insisted that the Persian Gulf region and the Middle East in general must remain free of weapons of mass destruction.

The daily added that fears and concerns over Iran’s nuclear activities in the Gulf region are understandable and totally logical issue.
