The People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI- MEK) announced on September 6, 2020, that the Coronavirus death toll in 410 cities across Iran had passed 99,600. The number of victims in Khorasan Razavi is 7,134, Mazandaran 4,824, Qom 4,625, Isfahan 4,520, Lorestan 4,380, Alborz 2,831, Fars 2,811, Hamedan 2,537, Kermanshah 2,356, Kerman 1,599, North Khorasan 1,589, Hormozgan 1,339, Central Province 1,293, Bushehr 1,231, Yazd 1,219, Ardabil 1,217, and Zanjan 954.

Death Row Protester Navid Afkari Moved to High-Security Ward

Death row protester Navid Afkari has been taken to a high-security ward in Adelabad Prison. His two brothers, Vahid and Habib were beaten and then transferred to “Guidance Ward”, where prisoners are kept as punishment and have limited contact with the outside world.

WHAT ARE THE IRAN PROTESTS OF 2019?

Monday, September 7, 2020, marks the 296th day since the beginning of the nationwide Iran protests.

The People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) has identified 755 of the more than 1500 protesters killed by the regime so far.

Mrs. Maryam Rajavi the President-elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) has called on the United Nations to urgently send an international fact-finding mission to Iranian prisons to meet with the detainees.
