Over 38,300 dead of coronavirus (COVID-19) in Iran-Iran Coronavirus Death Toll per PMOI MEK sources

NUMBER OF VICTIMS (AS OF MAY 2, 2020, 6:00 PM CEST):

The People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI) announced this afternoon, May 2, 2020, that Coronavirus has taken the lives of more than 38,300 in 309 cities across Iran.
The death toll in various provinces include: 2450 in Isfahan, 2430 in Mazandaran, 1840 in Khuzestan, 1390 in Alborz, 1190 in West Azerbaijan, 985 in Fars, 890 in Lorestan, 145 in Hormozgan. This is in addition to cases registered in other provinces.

Iran: Coronavirus Death Toll in 309 Cities Exceeds 38,000

Over 38,000 dead of coronavirus (COVID-19) in Iran-Iran Coronavirus Death Toll per PMOI MEK sources

Regime officials acknowledge the upward trend of the virus infections in Tehran, Fars, Boushehr, Khorasan Razavi, South Khorasan, East Azerbaijan, West Azerbaijan, Mazandaran, and Khuzestan

The state TV reported, “In Khuzestan Province, the number of people testing positive has dramatically risen. In Ahvaz, it has increased astronomically.”

The People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI / MEK) announced this afternoon, Friday, May 1, 2020, that the Coronavirus fatalities in 309 cities in Iran had exceeded 38,000. The number of victims in Tehran is 6,400, Qom 3,190, Gilan 2,630, Mazandaran 2,360, Alborz 1,250, West Azerbaijan 1,170, Sistan and Baluchestan 990, Bushehr 420, Ilam 270, and South Khorasan 122.

“It isn’t possible to realize the rights of Iranian workers without overthrowing”: PMOI/MEK network

On the eve of the anniversary of International Workers Day on May 1st, the Iranian people and the PMOI/MEK network inside Iran highlight the solution for Iran which is the overthrow of the mullahs’ rule. They took to graffiti in public places writing messages of Iranian Resistance leader Massoud Rajavi and NCRI President Maryam Rajavi.

They wrote:
Mashhad—Maryam Rajavi: “The cry of our workers who say we are hungry is a great disgrace for the mullahs”
Tehran— “The Iranian workers will not give up”
Damavand— “It is not possible to realize the rights of Iranian workers without changing the regime.”
Tehran—Maryam Rajavi: “Hail to the imprisoned workers who are resisting in torture chambers.”
Mashhad— “We have no food on our table, Khamenei is a criminal”
Shahriar— “We have no food on our table” / “Khamenei and Rouhani are the cause of unemployment”
Isfahan— “While Khamenei has lot of wealth, we have no food on our table”
Qaemshahr— “Workers and teachers take note, the MEK is behind you and your struggle”
Kermanshah— “Our humble workers and teachers take note, the MEK is behind you and your struggle”

WHAT ARE THE IRAN PROTESTS OF 2019?

Saturday, May 2, 2020, marks the 170th day since the beginning of the nationwide Iran protests.

The People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) has identified 755 of the more than 1500 protesters killed by the regime so far.

Mrs. Maryam Rajavi the President-elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) has called on the United Nations to urgently send an international fact-finding mission to Iranian prisons to meet with the detainees.

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE UPRISING:
