Over 41,700 dead of coronavirus (COVID-19) in Iran-Iran Coronavirus Death Toll per PMOI MEK sources

NUMBER OF VICTIMS (AS OF MAY 15, 2020, 6:00 PM CEST):

The People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI) announced this afternoon, May 15, 2020, that Coronavirus has taken the lives of more than 41,700 in 318 cities across Iran.
The death toll in various provinces include: 6930 in Tehran, 2590 in Mazandaran, 2475 in Khuzestan, 1230 in Sistan & Baluchistan, 1025 in Fars, 990 in Kermanshah, 495 in Zanjan, 470 in North Khorasan, and 182 in Hormozagan. This is in addition to reports obtained from other provinces.

Iran Regime’s Fear in the Face of Uprisings in 2020

Fearing the restive Iranian society and a nationwide uprising, the Iranian regime, instead of helping people amid the coronavirus outbreak, is increasing its suppressive measures only to prolong its rule.  

In an interview with the state-run news agency IRNA, Revolutionary Guards (IRGC) Brigadier General Hassan Karami, Commander of the regime’s Anti-riot Unit tasked with the suppression of the uprising, announced the readiness of this force to suppress possible protests in 2020.

Iran: Coronavirus death toll exceeds 41,500 in 317 cities

Despite Rouhani’ lies about success in managing the Coronavirus, regime officials warn of red status in various provinces

Maryam Rajavi: No one in Iran takes bluffs by deceitful mullah seriously. Everyone knows that he has been pursuing a policy of maximum deception and lies since day one, when he claimed he was informed about the disease, to the statistics of hospital beds, and the export of masks and equipment which Germany and Turkey denied.

The People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI / MEK) announced on Thursday, May 14, 2020, that the Coronavirus fatalities in 317 cities in Iran have risen to 41,500. The number of victims in Mazandaran is 2,555, Khuzestan 2,430, West Azerbaijan 1,245, Sistan and Baluchestan 1,190, Hamedan 1,185, Lorestan 1,130, Kurdistan 685, and North Khorasan 455.

Iranian Resistance publishes names of 20, including six women, under torture

The Iranian Resistance issued a statement on May 5, 2020, publishing the names and pictures of 20 Iranians including six women and two elite students from Sharif Industrial University who have been arrested in Tehran and other cities. The secretariat of the National Council of Resistance of Iran said these are among the many who have been arrested in recent months.
The six arrested women are: Nahid Fat’halian, Parastoo Mo’ini, Zahra Safaei, Forough Taghipour, Marzieh Farsi from Tehran and Somayeh Bidi from Karaj.

“The cause of the corona disaster in Iran are Khamenei & Rouhani” MEK Resistance Unit

While over 41,500 people have died of the novel coronavirus in 317 cities, the Iranian people and the PMOI/MEK network inside Iran highlight the solution for Iran which is the overthrow of the mullahs’ rule. They took to graffiti in public places writing messages of Iranian Resistance leader Massoud Rajavi and NCRI President Maryam Rajavi.
They wrote:
Isfahan— “Defiant youths and the Resistance Units spread a message of hope and rebel everywhere each day”
Esfarayen— “The Supreme Leader uses the coronavirus to preserve his own rule, the Iranian people will resist and fight the virus and the ruling theocracy”
Esfarayen— “There is a single solution for the Coronavirus, that solution is overthrowing the mullahs’ religious dictatorship in its entirety.”
Amol— “Down with Dictator, Hail to Rajavi”
Dezful— “The choice of the brave generation of Iran is the overthrow of Khamenei’s rule”
Shahsavar— “The army of the poor must rebel and rise up.”
Rasht— “Coronavirus outbreak is the guilt of the Iranian regime & mullahs.”

WHAT ARE THE IRAN PROTESTS OF 2019?

Friday, May 15, 2020, marks the 183rd day since the beginning of the nationwide Iran protests.

The People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) has identified 755 of the more than 1500 protesters killed by the regime so far.

Mrs. Maryam Rajavi the President-elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) has called on the United Nations to urgently send an international fact-finding mission to Iranian prisons to meet with the detainees.
