Accountable for Terrorism Is Indispensable for Global Peace and Security

United States Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo, on Friday, announced the designation of 14 Iranian regime officials, including 13 terrorist operatives involved in the assassination of Professor Kazem Rajavi, the representative of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) in Switzerland, and a renowned human rights defender.

The recent U.S. designation of the Iranian regime’s 13 terrorist diplomats, who assassinated Professor Kazem Rajavi in Switzerland in 1990, along with the recent trial of Assadollah Assadi, another terrorist diplomat arrested in 2018 for attempting to bomb the opposition rally, underlines the need to close all the regime’s embassies and hold all terrorists and top officials of the mullahs’ regime to account for terrorism.

MEK Resistance Units take to graffiti saying they are ready for the regime change in Iran

The People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK), internal network, known as the Resistance Units, continued to organize various activities across the country calling for regime change and an end to the mullahs’ regime ruling Iran.
The Iranian Resistance held up signs and took to graffiti with the slogans of the Iranian Resistance Leaders Massoud Rajavi and Maryam Rajavi.
Their slogans read:
“The demons ruling our country are slaughtering us just like the massacre of the political prisoners.” / “We will overthrow the evil regime in Iran. This commitment is our dignity.” / “Iran Maryam, Maryam Iran” / “The sacred blood of those martyrs, particularly those slain in 1988, is today inspiring the nation in Iran”
They wrote:
Qom— “The demons ruling our country are slaughtering us just like the massacre of the political prisoners.”
Nishapur— “We will overthrow the evil regime in Iran. This commitment is our dignity.”
Ramsar— “Iran Maryam, Maryam Iran”
Isfahan— “The demons ruling our country are slaughtering us just like the massacre of the political prisoners.” / “The sacred blood of those martyrs, particularly those slain in 1988, is today inspiring the nation in Iran”

Designation of 13 Assassins of Dr. Kazem Rajavi by the State Department Is an Essential and Effective Step To Combat Terrorism

Designation of 13 assassins of Dr. Kazem Rajavi by the State Department is an essential and effective step to combat terrorism. It must be complemented by the prosecution and punishments of the regime’s leaders.

Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, the President-elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI), welcomed the designation by the U.S. Secretary of State of 13 assassins of Dr. Kazem Rajavi, the great martyr to the cause of human rights. She described it as an essential and effective step to combat terrorism and to safeguard the security of European countries. Mrs. Rajavi added that this designation must be complemented by the designation of the leaders of the clerical regime, including its supreme leader Ali Khamenei, Ali Fallahian, at the time the Intelligence Minister, Ali Akbar Velayati, Khamenei’s advisor and then-Foreign Minister, and Hassan Rouhani, at the time the Secretary for the Supreme National Security Council, as the masterminds of the Dr. Rajavi’s assassination in April 1990, near Geneva.

More than 3,000 refinery workers join other oil/gas industry workers on strike

Strikes by oil sector workers in Dehloran, Ilam

On Thursday, August 20, marking the twentieth day of the strike launched by workers of Iran’s oil and gas refineries, petrochemicals and power plants, reports indicate more than 3,000 workers of the IGC refinery in the city of Dehloran in Ilam province, western Iran.

These workers joining others on the twentieth day of the strike is a sign of victory, unity and solidarity among the protesting workers to realize their basic rights and their salaries, which have so far been violated and plundered by the mullahs’ regime.

WHAT ARE THE IRAN PROTESTS OF 2019?

Saturday, August 22, 2020, marks the 280th day since the beginning of the nationwide Iran protests.

The People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) has identified 755 of the more than 1500 protesters killed by the regime so far.

Mrs. Maryam Rajavi the President-elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) has called on the United Nations to urgently send an international fact-finding mission to Iranian prisons to meet with the detainees.
