Over 29,000 dead of coronavirus (COVID-19) in Iran-Iran Coronavirus Death Toll per PMOI MEK sources

NUMBER OF VICTIMS (AS OF APRIL 15, 2020, 6:00 PM CEST):

The People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI) announced this afternoon, April 15, 2020, that Coronavirus has taken the lives of more than 29,000 in 278 cities across Iran.

The death in various provinces includes: 4,700 in Tehran, 2750 in Qom, 2120 in Isfahan, 1,190 in Khuzestan, 1030 in Golestan, 880 in East Azerbaijan, 775 in West Azerbaijan , 770 in Fars, 660 in Lorestan, 490 in Semnan, 470 in Markazi (Central), 170 in Bushehr, and 85 in Hormozgan. This is in addition to cases registered in other provinces.

Mohammad Javad Haghshenas, Tehran City Council Member:
“The death toll that at least we know about in Tehran does not match up with the stats being reported [for the country]. I believe the municipality and the Tehran HQ should provide us separate reports about Tehran. At least, if the government is not thinking about the people of Tehran, if the [administration] is portraying everything as normal, at least the people themselves should know about their situation and take care of themselves.”

Workers protest Khamenei & Rouhani for their situation in COVID-19 crisis

The Iranian regime and explicitly Khamenei and Rouhani closed many carriers without providing workers any financial help. Now after two months, bus drivers cannot afford their life.
On the other hand, vendors held a protest in front of the municipality of Tehran for being deprived of any support during the coronavirus outbreak in Iran.

A man report about his loved one’s seat due to the coronavirus:
“Today is April 11 & this is the coronavirus section of Beheshte Zahra Cemetery. A few words of advice to my dear my dear compatriots. We took one of our loved to the doctors three times since February. . Then on April 2 when he/she went into shock they placed him/her in the ICU & said it is the coronavirus. Think about your loved ones.”

Workers struggle to make money for their families

The workers must struggle during the coronavirus outbreak for their families to make them some money. The regime has not provided workers with any support to ease their lives during the COVID-19 crisis in Iran.

“Khamenei’s rule must be overthrown”: MEK Resistance Units during Iran coronavirus outbreak

While the Iranian regime’s failure during the coronavirus crisis has caused public outrage in Iran, the Iranian people. PMOI/MEK network inside Iran highlights the solution for Iran which is the overthrow of mullahs’ rule in Iran.
They took to graffiti in public places writing massages of Iranian Resistance leader Massoud Rajavi and the NCRI President Maryam Rajavi:

“The army of the poor must rebel and rise up”: MEK Resistance Units

Iranian opposition group PMOI/MEK network members took to graffiti against the Iranian Regime and its incompetence during the coronavirus outbreak. They also wrote messages of the Iranian Resistance leader Massoud Rajavi in public places in Tehran and Isfahan.
They wrote:
Tehran— “Massoud Rajavi: The army of the poor must rebel and rise up.”
Tehran— “Massoud Rajavi: We must rebel and fight more and more to take back Iran.”
Tehran— “Massoud Rajavi: The army of the poor must rebel and rise up.”
Isfahan— “Coronavirus outbreak is the guilt of the Iranian regime & mullahs.”
Dehloran— “The mullahs pocket our wealth, while we get the coronavirus”

Reports indicate that state forces were trying to demolish their homes with bulldozers and loaders because they could not afford to pay their property tax.

15 more years for Iranian political prisoner after 20 years in jail without leave

Political prisoner Saeed Sangar was informed on Saturday, April 11, 2020, that he had received a new 15-year sentence after spending some 20 years in prison.
Mr. Sangar completed serving his 18-year sentence in prison in 2018, but the Iranian Judiciary prevented his release. After two years now, the lawyer appointed by the court informed him that he had to remain another 15 years in prison.
The new verdict had been issued on March 1, 2020, by Branch 2 of the Revolutionary Court, but was not relayed to the prisoner until April 11.

Iran Hit by Floods as Coronavirus Crisis Continues

The epicentere of Iran’s coronavirus crisis is now besieged by floods, with many vehicles swept away and many factories and stores filled with muddy water. The floods in Qom, central Iran, come just one day after floods hit Khorasan Razavi Province in northeast Iran.The Khorasan Razavi floods have hit all cities in the province, blocking 14 roads to various villages and four main roads between cities, with the majority of damage occurring in the cities of Davarzan, Sabzevar, Javin, and Joghtay.

Two people have died in Rashtkhar and Khaf, while two people are reported missing.

Iran prisons update: Coronavirus spreading, inmates’ contact cut off

Reports from various cities across Iran are portraying a very disturbing image of the novel coronavirus spreading in the regime’s prisons.

Coinciding with the spread of COVID-19 in Zahedan Central Prison of Sistan & Baluchistan Province in southeast Iran authorities have also cut off water to these inmates for the past week, leaving the prisoners in atrocious hygiene conditions. Signs of coronavirus have already been witnessed in various wards of this facility and left a number of the inmates dead.

WHAT ARE THE IRAN PROTESTS OF 2019?

Wednesday, April 15, 2020, marks the 153rd day since the beginning of the nationwide Iran protests.

The People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) has identified 755 of the more than 1500 protesters killed by the regime so far.

Mrs. Maryam Rajavi the President-elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) has called on the United Nations to urgently send an international fact-finding mission to Iranian prisons to meet with the detainees.
