Trondheim rally called for reaffirmation of Iranian Mojahedin political status in Iraq

Trondheim rally called for reaffirmation of Iranian Mojahedin political status in IraqNCRI – Supporters of the Iranian Resistance in Trondheim, northern Norway, joined the worldwide protest against pressures on Iraqi authorities by mullahs’ regime to repatriate PMOI members to Iran.

In a rally in downtown Trondheim on Friday, participants condemned mullahs’ dictatorship in Iran for its meddling in Iraq and conspiracies against its main opposition.

Terrorist agents of the Iranian regime blew up on Tuesday water pipelines to Ashraf City, north of Baghdad, where thousands of PMOI members reside. This followed a press conference by the Iraqi Prime Minister who indicated that members of the Iranian main opposition who have lived in Iraq for some 20 years will be either repatriated to Iran or moved to another country.

Protestors in the worldwide campaign have been calling for reaffirmation of PMOI members’ political status in Iraq.

Among speakers at the rally in Trondheim were the head of Young Christian Democrats and women activists in the city.
