Hundreds of people came from everywhere to mark this event at the organization’s headquarters in Auvers-sur-Oise. The European Court of Justice removed the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran from the terrorist list. The European justice also overturned the decision to freeze the Mojahedin’s assets.
Yesterday, the Iranian Resistance called for immediate closure of the June 17, 2003 file by the French justice. That day, the police raided the offices and homes of Iranian refugees under the pretext of the terror label.
