NCRI – Students in faculty of Physical Education and Sports Science protested against a gathering of Basiji paramilitary forces at their university and were shouting slogans against the regime.
They were chanting “With God’s help victory is imminent -Death to deceitful government” and “we have not made sacrifices to reach compromise [with the regime] and praise a murderous leader”. Basiji students scattered after more students joined the protest against them.
The protesters chanting anti-regime slogans later left university compound and continued with their protest outside the university and the gathering continued to the Azadi Square in the city.
