NCRI – Jim Nicholson, a Member of the European Parliament from Northern Ireland, said that so many MEPs had signed a statement demanding the European Union change its policy towards engagement with Iran’s regime because, ‘We believe that human rights in Iran has been ignored’.
Mr Nicholson said MEPs supported Iranian opposition leader Mrs Maryam Rajavi, and all looked forward to a time when Iranians would achieve the human rights they deserved.
A Free Iran rally will be held on July 9. Led by Mrs Rajavi, the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) will be joined in Paris by international leaders as well as by tens of thousands of supporters.
