LEGAL CAMPAIGN IN SUPPORT OF THE PMOI

Legal opinions

In detailed studies of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran and its activities as the opposition to the Iranian regime, a number of distinguished international jurists and lawyers presented their legal opinions which found the terrorist designation of the PMOI not legally justified. The following are summaries of seven such legal opinions:
