Assabah al-Jadid cited a source on condition of anonymity as saying that the committee has provided Javad Boulani, the Iraqi interior minister, with its findings, which includes the sources of these explosive packages and how they are made.
The report says armed groups use street beggars to stick the bombs onto vehicles. Some vehicles are randomly selected while others are specifically targeted.
The report adds that the manufacturers have been trained in neighboring countries including Iran.
It also adds that discovering what materials are used in these explosives is difficult because they usually contain agricultural products.
