NCRI – Dozens of Iranians gathered outside the Dutch Parliament on Wednesday to call for an end to human rights violations in Iran and condemn planned execution of Mr. Valiollah Feiz-Mahdavi, a political prisoners affiliated to the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran.
Representatives of Iranian communities in the Netherlands also took part in the rally and called on international bodies and the government to intervene to stop executions in Iran and condemn the planned execution of Mr. Feiz-Mahdavi set for May 16.
The General Secretary of the Dutch Young Liberals, Mr. Jasper Honkoop, also joined the rally and condemned executions in Iran. In his speech he stressed that there is a democratic alternative to the Iranian regime and the world should give its support to this alternative.
The resolution of the rally was read out by a member of young supporters of the Iranian Resistance at the end of the event which called upon international bodies to intervene and save the life of Mr. Feiz-Mahdavi.
