Iranians in Sydney Condemn Wave of Executions in Iran

NCRI – In a gathering in Sydney, Australia, supporters of the Iranian resistance condemned new wave of savagery and brutal executions in Iran and asked the international organizations’ intervention to stop the executions in Iran.

The gathering was initiated by the Society to Defend Freedom and Human Rights in Iran in Australia and was held in front of to the Foreign Ministry office.

The gathering was initiated by the Society to Defend Freedom and Human Rights in Iran
in Australia and was held in front of to the Foreign Ministry office.

Dr. Meridis Bergman, former chair of parliament in the State of New South Wales, condemned new wave of executions and suppression in Iran and asked the Australian government to react firmly against inhuman acts of violation of human rights by the Iranian regime.

At the final stage of the gathering a delegation lead by Dr. Bergman visited the Foreign Ministry office and on behalf of the participants presented a letter of protest, also signed by a large number of Iranians and Australian citizens to the secretary of the office.
