NCRI – Iranians residing in London staged a rally outside the British Foreign Office today as five permanent members of the UN Security Council and Germany met to discuss their plan to deal with Iranian regime’s nuclear program in London.
Participants in today’s rally called for a firm policy against the clerical regime in Iran including imposition of comprehensive sanctions. While rejecting the current policy of appeasement toward the Iranian regime and foreign military intervention, they expressed their support to a third option for democratic change in Iran through Iranian people and their resistance as proposed by Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, President-elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran.
The rally today received widespread support from public and attracted the attention of international and national press on the scene.
