NCRI – In a public statement released in Tehran today, teachers supporting the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran condemned the death warrant issued against Mr. Valiollah Feiz-Mahdavi in Gohardasht Prison, west of Tehran.
Their statement also condemned the execution of Mr. Hojjat Zamani, another member of the PMOI, back in February and said: "The mullahs’ regime committing these crimes while it is facing increasing international isolation and detested by Iranians, specially the youth."
The Iranian teachers called on international human rights bodies to act immediately to save the lives of political prisoners in Iran, in particular Mr. Feiz-Mahdavi who is set to be executed on May 16.
