NCRI, September 20 – Fearing referral to the UN Security Council for its clandestine nuclear program, Iranian regime’s top nuclear negotiator Ali Larijani warned Tuesday that Tehran could quit the Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT).

He continued in the same tone using trade blackmail said: "Those countries that have economic transactions with Iran, especially in the field of oil, have not defended Iran’s rights so far … So based on how much they defend Iran’s national right will facilitate their participation in Iran’s economic field."

In the meantime further information on clerical regime’s secret nuclear project was released today in a press conference in Vienna by the National Council of Resistance of Iran.

“According to our sources within Iran, the mullahs’ Ministry of Defense has obtained advanced gyroscopes and guide and control systems from China in year 2000 to be used in long range missiles capable of carrying nuclear warheads. These devices were sent to Iran through cover companies operating in Dubai, Japan and Iran,” said Shahin Gobadi, member of the NCRI Foreign Affairs Committee.

Detailed information were provided to the reporters including the sites used by the regime for its nuclear program which could be verified by the IAEA inspectors.

Gobadi warned that nuclear weapons in the hands of the sole state sponsor terrorist regime, would threaten peace and stability in the region and the world more than ever before.

“Iranian regime is determined to acquire nuclear weapons” said Gobadi and reiterated, “Ahmadinejad’s speech on Saturday, September 17, at the UN General Assembly is a clear proof to this fact.” He called for immediate referral of the regime to the Security Council and adoption of a binding resolution and its oil embargo.

In a report from Vienna, the Associated Press reported yesterday that hundreds of supporters of the opposition National Council of Resistance of Iran demonstrated on Monday, September 19, in front of the IAEA building in Vienna, Austria, demanding the referral of Iran’s nuclear file to the U.N. Security Council. The protesters carried pictures of Maryam Rajavi and Massoud Rajavi, leaders of the main Iranian opposition.
