NCRI – Following the terrorist bombing of a bus carrying Iraqi workers to Ashraf City, where the People’s Mojahedin of Iran is based, Jean-Pierre Malmendier, member of the Belgium Parliament raised his concerns with Secretary General Kofi Annan and wrote: "All the evidence available underline the allegations that the criminal bus attack in Khalis was the work of Iranian regime against the Mojahedin of Ashraf.
"This regime has started a campaign of intimidations and terrorism to rein in the growing influence of the PMOI in Iraq. The international community must immediately respond to the growing effects of the Iranian regime’s interference in Iraq and secure the well being of the Mojahedin of Ashraf in Iraq."
