On Thursday February 14th, family, relatives and friends of slain Mohammad Mokhtari layed flowers on his grave at a memorial ceremony to mark the second anniversary of his death during the February 2011 uprising in Tehran.
In fear of a public protest, agents of the SSF and plain clothes agents controlled all the walkways to his grave in section 249 of Behesht Zahra cemetery South East of Tehran.
Mohammad Mokhtari, 22, student at Azad Shahroud University, was martyred two years ago, during the February 14th uprising in Tehran, Iran which was suppressed by plain clothes and the security forces
