Iran: Cry of death to dictator from rooftops

NCRI – On the eve of the anniversary of the anti-monarchial revolution on February 11, 1979, cries of “death to the dictator” could be heard from the rooftops of Karaj city at night. Karaj, 40 km West of Tehran, is the eighth most populated city of Iran.

Shouting slogans against the rule of the mullahs from rooftops was one of the means used by the people in their 2009 uprising.

According to Iran observers, resuming this method is yet another sign of the explosive state of the discontent of the Iranian society.
