Regime Makes More People Homeless
On Monday, agents of the Zahedan Municipality and the police violently attacked the houses of some residents in the “Keshavarz 14” area while claiming to seize governmental lands. The oppressive forces destroyed the houses of the people who have lived in this area for decades. Elsewhere in Zahedan, security forces destroyed the shelter of a poor woman who lived in the suburbs.

Saudi Arabia Expresses Concern Over Iran’s Lack of Transparency on Nuclear Program
Al Arabiya English- Saudi Arabia is concerned over Iran’s lack of transparency in regards to its nuclear program, the Kingdom’s Minister of Energy Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman said on Monday during an International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) meeting with other member states. Saudi Arabia reiterates the importance of countries around the world abiding by the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT), he added.

Trial, Protest, Justice in Stockholm, Sweden
On Monday, September 20, supporters of the Mojahedin and the freedom-seeking Iranians in Stockholm held a demonstration in front of the court where Hamid Nouri, one of the perpetrators of the 1988 massacre stood trial. Today’s witness in the court is Nasrullah Marandi, a former political prisoner, and witness to the 1988 massacre who witnessed the role of Hamid Nouri committing crime against humanity.

Amnesty International Calls for Investigation into Death of Zakaria Rigi
Amnesty International called the death of Zakaria Rigi in Zahedan prison suspicious and called for an independent investigation. Amnesty wrote in its report: “Zakaria Rigi, 21, was arrested in February 2005 and spent six years in prison. According to human rights defenders, in March 2012, a senior Zahedan prison official beat him with an electric baton. He was then transferred to solitary confinement with internal bleeding in the head. The next day, several detainees informed Zakaria Rigi’s family by telephone that he had passed away. According to a source, prison officials denied the news of his death for two days, claiming that he was alive. They then informed his family that Zakaria Rigi had committed suicide in prison.”

Iranians Are Traveling to Iraq To Get the Pfizer Shot
Iranian state-run newspaper revealed that one of the reasons for Iranians to travel to Iraq is the hope to receive an injection of the Pfizer vaccine in that country. Tejarat News wrote on September 19: “Some airliners are telling that tickets to Iraq are very popular. Some travelers say they could probably get the Pfizer vaccine while traveling to Iraq and attending the Arbaeen ceremonies.”
While vaccination with WHO-approved vaccines is actively going on in all countries, the Iranian people are forced to accept tremendous costs for traveling to neighboring countries such as Armenia and Iraq to circumvent Khamenei’s fatwa that banned vaccines from the U.S and the UK.

Poor Fuel Carrier Killed in Sistan and Baluchistan
Another poor fuel carrier was killed on Saturday night, by the Iranian regime’s security forces in the city of Khash in Sistan and Baluchestan province. His name was Khodadad Shahnavazi (Mahim Zehi), he was the son of Jangi Khan from Poshtkuh district in Khash city.
Iranian Newspaper: SCO Membership is A Fantasy
The state-run Hamdeli slammed the Iranian regime’s claims that the recent announcement that Iran is now a member of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization will not solve Iran’s economic problems.
In an article dated Monday, September 20, Hamdeli wrote: “This political event has been met with a lot of reactions inside Iran and in retrospect, it reminded the days when the JCPOA was signed and Rouhani kept beating the drums of victory. But because of the circumstances in Iran and the world of politics and economics, some might optimistically fantasize that the ‘SCO’ membership is a factor in the post-American world! That this membership can be a springboard for the Iranian economy and it may be able to open the locked doors of the Iranian economy a little.
The newspaper affiliated with the defeated faction of the so-called ‘Iranian moderates’ concluded: “While these fantasies may not even work on paper, they may lead public opinion astray. The international community knows that Iran can only have economic exchanges, be successful in this organization, and rely on political and economic cooperation and even political alliances, if it can settle the issue of the JCPOA and the FATF. But political and economic experts are well aware that Iran, even if it becomes a member of any other great and strong economic and political alliance, as the two great powers Russia and China, are now ostensibly allies of Tehran and 25-year alliances, there is no other way than to cross the JCPOA road. As long as this is closed or the so-called JCPOA is not revived, there will be no possibility of any opening in the economic and political world for Iran.”

Iranian Resistance Units Expose Khamenei’s Criminal COVID-19 Policies
“The Iranian people want to get rid of Covid-19 and the mullahs,” says the internal network of the opposition People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK), the Iranian Resistance Units. The vast activities of the MEK’s Resistance Units inside Iran pointed out that the main cause of the country’s fifth peak is nothing but the inhuman policies of the regime’s Supreme leader Ali Khamenei who banned the import of WHO-approved vaccines.
Iran: Teachers Continue Protests as Authorities Refrain From Addressing Their Demands
On Sunday, “green report card teachers,” Iranian teachers who have passed the education ministry’s employment test, held the sixteenth consecutive day of their rally in front of the education ministry in Tehran, protesting the regime’s refusal to employ them. Some of the teachers had traveled to the capital from other cities to make their voices heard. The teachers have been protesting since last year, but the regime has refrained from addressing their demands. As the start of the academic year nears, the teachers are back to the street to resume their protests and remind the government of its duties.
Iran’s Nuclear Case Will Never Be in Raisi’s Favor

Appeals Court Sentences Labor Activist to Lashes in Tehran
An appeals court in Tehran has upheld flogging and prison sentences against labor activist Esmail Gerami. Esmail Gerami was sentenced to 74 lashes, five years of prison, and a fine of 2 million tomans (about $72) by the Tehran Appeals Court on Saturday, September 19. The 67-year-old labor activist was previously sentenced to 74 lashes, five years of prison, and a fine of 2 million tomans on June 9.
Detained Iran Protester Amir Hossein Moradi Denied Medical Leave Despite Critical Condition
Three detained protesters arrested for their part in the nationwide protests in November 2019 are kept in a state of limbo in a Tehran prison. The retrials for Amir Hossein Moradi, Saeed Tamjidi, and Mohammad Rajabi, who were previously sentenced to death, have been postponed four times. In addition to this, despite his critical condition, political prisoner Amir Hossein Moradi has been denied a much-needed medical leave.
