Iranian Regime is Secretly Using Seized Ship

The Golf Sky tanker, which disappeared off the coast of the United Arab Emirates since the summer of 2020, is now secretly operating as part of the Iranian regime’s fleet to transport oil to various countries, said Michelle Buckman, an expert at Lloyd List Intelligence.

“The whereabouts of this ship are not clear, it could mean that it has become what we call the mother ship, whose job is to store crude oil and possibly transfer it to other tankers,” Al-Arabiya quoted Michelle Buckman as saying on Wednesday.

Satellite images showed the ship and its entire crew were spotted in Iranian territorial waters a few days after the abduction.

Infighting in Iranian regime’s Parliament (file photo)

Amid increasing tensions in Iran’s society, factions close to Khamenei and Raisi are trying to blame the current crises on the previous administration to divert the anger from the entire system.

On August 30, the state-run Fars news agency, affiliated with the Revolutionary Guards (IRGC) reported that a complaint with 500,000 signatures against Hassan Rouhani, the former president has been submitted to the parliament. The signatories made clear ‘they demand that the parliament should follow up until a final verdict is issued against Rouhani.”

Nonetheless, Hamdali wrote about Ebrahim Raisi’s trip to Khuzestan, accusing him of conducting fruitless provincial trips and being out of touch with the society. The daily which is close to the defeated factions, wrote: “The head of the government currently prefers to just say that ‘we can solve the problems’ and go on provincial trips… But these visits only prove to everyone that the head of state is not aware of the real situation in the country.”

Regime Warns Against MEK’s Call for Regime Change

On August 30, the state-run Daneshjoo news agency, affiliated with Khamenei’s paramilitary Basij Force, published an article with the title ‘Vaccination and Dangerous Abuse of the Enemy’, citing social hatred of Khamenei for banning vaccines.

Excerpts from this article stated: “The huge challenge that the system is facing, originated from the Coronavirus pandemic has now become a security issue. The reason… is the intense psychological warfare waged by the People’s Mojahedin, MEK in this regard. They … insinuate that all countries are going ahead with vaccinations, except Iran that does not want to vaccinate people because of a “deliberate policy!”

“The MEK is not done with this either, rather with all their huge propaganda apparatus, with their satellite network, with various websites, and with their cyber army, they insinuate to the people and society that Khamenei is the main culprit for the lack of vaccines,” the agency added.

Daneshjoo also wrote: “The MEK… are in pursuit of riots and call the Coronavirus an accomplice of the regime that has been used to fight off the uprisings… Massoud Rajavi sends messages and says that Khamenei considers the Covid-19 and mass casualties a blessing for guarding his regime against the threat of uprisings… This line of abuse has now promoted the dangerous belief in society that Khamenei is to blame for the lack of vaccines. As next, Massoud Rajavi will call the people to revolt and rise up, and unfortunately, this will echo a lot in the society.”

PS752 Victims’ Families Call For Persecution of the Iranian Regime’s Highest Officials

600 days after the downing of the PS752 Ukrainian Airliner by the IRGC Aerospace Force on January 8, 2021, Tehran Military Prosecutor’s Office issued a statement banning the pursuit of a number of Iranian government institutions and individuals in connection with the IRGC missile attack on the flight FS752 of Ukraine.

Henceforth, a note was sent to the families of the victims of the attack. According to the communiqué, the prosecution of the Iranian regime, the Supreme National Security Council, the Revolutionary Guards, the Integrated Air Defense Network, the Revolutionary Guards Air Force, and the Civil Aviation Organization of Iran is prohibited.

Hossein Salami (Commander-in-Chief of the IRGC), Amir Ali Hajizadeh (Commander of the Aerospace Force of the Revolutionary Guards), and Ali Abedzadeh (then head of the Aviation Organization) were also banned from prosecution by the Tehran Military Prosecutor’s Office. Instead, ten mid and low-ranking officers were charged with the manslaughter of 177 people, negligence, and failing to follow official duties.

Today, the victims’ families of a Ukrainian airliner issued a statement, rejecting the Iranian regime’s “restraining order” for the ‘real culprits of this heinous crime’, declaring that only a “neutral international tribunal” would have jurisdiction over the massacre.

The statement called for the persecution of the regime’s SNSC who ordered to keep the skies open and use innocent civilians as human shield; the IRGC and its high command, who are directly implicated in the shooting of at least two missiles at a passenger jetliner; the government’s top officials who conspired to lie and deceive to hide their crime; and Ali Khamenei [the Iranian Supreme Leader], who is ultimately responsible for the crime as the Commander-in-Chief of all armed forces of Iran.

Insane but Intentional Mistakes in Iran’s Economy

‘We must not allow negative news and psychological propaganda to increase prices and hurt people,’ Gholam Hossein Esmaili, Ebrahim Raisi’s chief of staff said at a meeting in Tehran. He pointed to the rise in commodity prices in Iran in recent days, saying: ‘General experts believe that these price increases are simply due to psychological factors.
