Iranians Gather in European Cities to Support the Uprising Back Home
Today, September 27, supporters of the Iranian Resistance in France and Norway held rallies to express their support for their fellow countrymen and women in Iran who are courageously fighting for freedom.

Tuesday in Iran, the Uprisings Goes On
Today, September 27, Iranians in many cities courageously disregarded the brutal crackdown and numerous state warnings and took to the streets to call for regime change and demand democracy, freedom, and equality. Following twelve days of protests, the youth have learned how to organize themselves and bravely face off with security forces who try to intimidate protesters or arrest them on the spot.

Today, the people of Chabahar in Sistan and Baluchistan province, poured into the streets and raged against security forces for their crimes against the Baluchi minority. According to the reports and images posted, the youth of this city have now taken over the streets and the repressive forces do not dare to enter the scene of the conflict. People set government banners on fire in the city and the sound of gunfire can be heard everywhere.

On the 11th Day of Iran Protests, Uprising Spreads to 154 Cities
On the 11th day of Iran protests, the uprising spread to 154 cities across the country. The National Council of Resistance of Iran estimates that 200 persons have been killed by security forces during the protests and more than 10,000 protesters have been arrested.
Despite the clerical regime’s mobilization of its troops and opening fire on protesters, protests have continued in many cities. Women continue to lead the protests and inspire others to join.
Tens of Thousands of Women Backing Tolerant Islam Murdered in Iran
The British Express published an article by Elham Zanjani, a member of the NCRI Women’s Committee, on September 16, 2022. Tens of thousands of women backing tolerant Islam were murdered in Iran.
Under this misogynous regime, women are quite literally held to a lesser status than men, being afforded no divorce or inheritance rights while their testimony in civil and criminal trials is explicitly given less weight than a man’s. And in recent months, under the administration of Ebrahim Raisi, the repression of women has reached new levels.

September 24, 2022: Freedom-loving Iranians and supporters of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) in Canada (Toronto) held a rally and protested the suppression of the current uprising across Iran.
