Iran: Coronavirus Catastrophe – Fatalities Surpass 137,200 in 460 Cities
The People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI / MEK) announced this afternoon, Friday, October 30, 2020, that the Coronavirus fatalities has surpassed 137,200 in 460 cities across Iran. The death toll includes: 33,261 in Tehran, 10,312 in Khorasan Razavi, 7,604 in Isfahan, 5,156 in Gilan, 4,027 in West Azerbaijan, 3,805 in Alborz, 3,670 in Hamedan, 3,608 in Fars, 2,953 in Kermanshah, 2,195 in Kerman, 2,171 in Yazd, 2,042 in Central Province, 2,037 in Semnan, 1,602 in Bushehr, 1,378 in Qazvin, and 994 in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer Ahmad.

Iran Politicians Warning About Uprising to Come
Iranian politicians from both factions—as meaningless as that distinction is—have been warning about widespread discontent among the Iranian people and more anti-regime protests to come.
Javad Imam, the head of the Baran Foundation and the former Deputy Energy Minister from the “reformist” faction advised that popular discontent had only increased in the 11 months since the last major uprising in Iran.

Iran’s intranet: a master plan for internet censorship
A few weeks after the National Information Network (intranet) plan was confirmed by Iran’s Supreme Council of Cyberspace, parts of it were published by the state-run Mehr News Agency.
The National Information Network’s “master engineering design” was approved on September 15 by Iran’s Supreme Council of Cyberspace (ISCC) after it was confirmed by the regime’s Supreme Leader, Ali Khamenei.

Female photographer and documentary filmmaker arrested in Iran
On the eve of the International Day to End Impunity for Crimes against Journalists, a female photographer and documentary filmmaker was arrested in Iran.
Security forces arrested Negar Massoudi on October 29, 2020, in Tehran. They ransacked her house and transferred her to an unknown location.

WHAT ARE THE IRAN PROTESTS OF 2019?
Saturday, October 31, 2020, marks the 344th day since the beginning of the nationwide Iran protests.
The People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) has identified 755 of the more than 1500 protesters killed by the regime so far.
Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, the President-elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) has called on the United Nations to urgently send an international fact-finding mission to Iranian prisons to meet with the detainees.
