Another Deadly Milestone Met By The Iranian Regime‎‎

The actual number of Iranians killed due to negligence, misconduct by the regime’s health authorities and the intentional avoidance of anything close to a responsible vaccination policy has crossed the 300,000 threshold.


Iranians Continue To Protest On Friday

Instead of taking the day off during the weekend, many Iranians chose to take to the streets to put their anger against the ruling system on display. Targeting the financial nerve of the mullahs in the capital, oil sector employees and workers in Tehran, as well as several cities of the oil-rich Khuzestan province, rallied and chanted to demand their rights.

Other reports indicate that workers of the Water & Sewage Organization in Khuzestan, workers of Pegah pasteurizing milk company in Tehran, janitors of public schools in Shahroud, and medical and hospital personnel in Karaj joined their fellow countrymen in the oil sector on Friday.

The People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) announced on Thursday, May 27, 2021, that the Coronavirus fatalities in 543 cities is more than 299,500. The number of victims in Tehran has reached 70,016, Isfahan 19,950, Khuzestan 18,694, Khorasan Razavi 18,230, East Azerbaijan 12,283, West Azerbaijan 11,243, Gilan 10,091, Fars 9,927, Alborz 8,378, Kermanshah 5,883, Yazd 5,057, North Khorasan 4,328, Hormozgan 3,610, and Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari 2,440.

Khamenei Defends Vetting of Election Candidates, Tells Iranians To Ignore Calls for Massive Boycott

The Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran, in a meeting today with members of parliament, strongly defended the vetting of all but seven election candidates and asked Iranians to ignore calls for a massive boycott of the upcoming June 18 presidential elections. Ali Khamenei told the MPs via video call that “the honorable Guardian Council, in accordance with its duty, did what it had to do and what it deemed necessary to do and identified the candidates”.

Iran Executes 117th Woman in Rouhani Tenure

The Iranian regime executed its 117th woman during the tenure of President Hassan Rouhani on May 23 in the Central prison of Yazd, which is unsurprising because at least 15 women have been executed in Iran every year for the past eight. The executed woman was identified as Kobra Fatemi, 41, who was charged with her husband’s murder in 2015 and has been in prison ever since. The victim’s family had agreed to accept blood money and spare Fatemi from execution, except for the victim’s uncle, who was a member of the Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), and requested that the death penalty be carried out.

There are numerous reports that the intelligence agents in the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) have contacted several social media activists, threatening them not to post content that criticizes Iran’s Chief Justice and presidential candidate Ebrahim Raisi, otherwise they will be in “trouble”.

Female Journalist Faezeh Momeni Beaten by a Security Agent at a Vaccination Center

Female journalist Faezeh Momeni was beaten by a security guard at the Saei Complex Vaccination Center on Monday, May 17, 2021. The center operates under the supervision of Beheshti University of Medical Sciences. The security agent brutalized the female journalist, breaking one of her fingers after she refused to delete interviews, she had conducted with vaccination center personnel in Tehran. The journalist required surgery after the attack.
