Former MEPs slam Iran’s terror campaign across Europe

A group of former Members of the European Parliament (MEPs) have slammed Iran for its campaign of terror across Europe.

A cross-party panel of former European policymakers and experts on Tehran’s use of terrorism criticized the regime for using intelligence assets as terrorists.

The panel, hosted by the International Committee in Search of Justice (ISJ), gathered amid a diplomatic crisis between Iran and the EU, with an Iranian diplomat currently on trial for planning to bomb an anti-Tehran rally in Paris.

Iran Has No Plans to Import COVID Vaccine

Various Iranian officials are now admitting – following the ban by Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei on importing the Pfizer and Moderna coronavirus vaccines earlier this month – that the regime doesn’t plan on bringing in any vaccine that is approved by the World Health Organisation.

“The entry of American and British Covid-19 vaccines into the country is banned. I have told this to our officials and now I am saying it publicly,” said Khamenei on January 8.

News from Iran indicate that two 13 years old girls committed suicide in Dezful, southwest Iran. Their family members said the cause of their suicide was being expelled from school. Iran under the mullahs’ regime has one of the highest rates of suicides in the world.

The People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI / MEK) announced on January 28, 2021, that the Coronavirus death toll in 478 cities in Iran had surpassed 207,800.

The death toll in the provinces are as follows: Tehran 50,316, Khorasan-Razavi 14,055, Isfahan 13,175, Khuzestan 10,355, Mazandaran 8,432, Lorestan 8,403, East Azerbaijan 7,913, West Azerbaijan 7,643, Fars 6,292, Golestan 5,290, Hamedan 4,888, Kurdistan 3,561, Qazvin 2,214, Hormozgan 2,175, and Bushehr 2,089.

Member of Iran’s COVID-19 Taskforce criticizes regime’s decision to use Russian vaccine

A member of Iran’s COVID-19 Taskforce criticized the regime’s decision to import Russian vaccines and said it was “unfortunate” for the people of Iran.

IRGC announces formation of 300 new groups of “religious” patrols in Tehran

In a conference on Monday, Tehran’s Social Deputy of the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps announced the formation of 300 groups of religious patrols.

Political prisoner Mehdi Farahi Shandiz was relocated from ward 6 to the quarantine of the Central Prison of Karaj in late November, for chanting against the clerical regime’s supreme leader Ali Khamenei and the religious dictatorship. He was deprived of phone calls and visitations. After more than two months, he has just had an opportunity to call his family. He has been permitted to call his family only once a week and only in the presence of a prison guard.

Women’s rights and student activists detained with uncertain status

Despite passage of 50 days since the arrest and detention of Nazanin Mohammad-Nejad, she is still held in solitary confinement at Ward 2A of Evin Prison with uncertain status. Intelligence agents arrested her at her home in Tehran on December 8, 2020. Ms. Mohammad-Nejad, 32, is a master’s student of Russian language at Tehran’s Allameh Tabatabaii University. There is no information available on the charges for which she has been detained.
