In Kermanshah, western Iran, protesters staged a rally, chanting “death to the Khamenei.”
In Bushehr, southern Iran, defiant youth targeted an IRGC paramilitary Basij base using explosives.
In Takab, northwest Iran, protesters torched the entrance of the home of a local regime agent who provides information about protesters to the regime’s authorities and security units.

Workers of the Dehloran Cement Company, located in Ilam province, launched a strike outside the firm’s entrance, protesting company officials’ refusal to address their demands.
In Shiraz, the students at Medical Sciences University held a protest rally and demanded the release of jailed students.

Following the protests in Karaj Central Prison on Saturday, the situation has been extremely tense and security presence at the notorious facility is reportedly severe. According to reports, at least one prisoner has been killed by security forces and dozens have been injured. All phone calls and meetings with prisoners have been canceled.
Meanwhile, in Qaemshahr Prison, Mazandaran province, following the protest of the prisoners objecting to the transfer of a prisoner to death row, the climate in the prison became tense and the military, security forces, and the anti-riot unit attacked the prisoners. Some reports indicate that prisoners were shot.
The Mazandaran provincial Chief Justice has reportedly tried to small-talk the issue into “a conflict between prisoners”. State news agencies quoted Mohammad-Sadegh Akbari as saying: “Following a fight that broke out between a number of prisoners in a ward in Qaemshahr Prison, the atmosphere in this ward became tense for an hour, which ended with the immediate arrival of the prison security forces. One of the prisoners had started a fight, but with the vigilance and timely arrival of the prison guards, the fight ended, and security and peace are now established in the prison.”

Iran Uprising Marks 93rd Day Following Strong Protests by Baluchis
Iran’s nationwide uprising is on Saturday marking its 93rd day of relentless anti-regime protests against the ruling mullahs’ regime by people in various cities. This follows another strong rally by hundreds if not thousands of people in the restive province of Sistan and Baluchestan, including the cities of Zahedan, Chabahar, and Rask. Authorities had taken extensive measures, beginning on Thursday, to prevent the locals from holding their demonstrations following the weekly Friday prayers. The people, however, stood their ground and continued to seek their political objectives against the ruling regime and its oppressive forces.
Psychological Torture to Encourage Protesters to Commit Suicide
A young woman recently released on temporary leave from a detention center revealed the regime’s psychological torture of young people, encouraging them to commit suicide. She said the authorities force inmates to take some pills without telling them what they are. She acknowledged that she had been sexually assaulted but refrained from explaining the details.
The young woman said in an audio recording:
They harassed me and hindered my (legal) procedure to keep holding me. Some psychologists and psychiatrists advanced psychological torture and war. They said, ‘Why did you ruin your life? Now what? What did you achieve by doing so?’ Then, the psychologist said, ‘There is no use. Young people think of committing suicide when these things happen! You shouldn’t think of suicide! Don’t think of suicide! But what is it worth if you want to continue your life this way?’

The Hague, the Netherlands—December 16, 2022: Freedom-loving Iranians and supporters of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) held a rally and photo exhibition in front of the Dutch Foreign Ministry in memory of the martyrs of the nationwide Iranian Revolution. They also expressed their solidarity with the Iranian people’s uprising.
